Roof cleaning, house washing, pressure cleaning, gutters and solar for Alexandra Hills homes and businesses — done gently, safely and properly.
Local knowledge
Alexandra Hills sits on higher ground in the middle of the Redlands, with established homes, big blocks and plenty of bushland reserves.
Shade from surrounding gums keeps walls and roofs damp, so green film on walls and black streaks on roofs are very common.
Big blocks often mean long driveways and paths too — we can pressure clean those in the same visit.
Recent roof soft wash — same roof, before and after.
What we clean
Walls, eaves and entries brought back to clean. Soft washed at low pressure, so paint, render and weatherboards come through undamaged.
Lichen, moss and black streaking treated at the root, then rinsed clear. The roof looks right again and stays that way for longer.
For the hard surfaces that can take it. Concrete, pavers and paths cleaned back to their original colour.
Gutters cleared by hand and downpipes flushed, so water goes where it should in the next big storm.
Dust, grime and bird mess lifted from the glass so your panels can do their job properly.

Every property is different — size, roof type, access and how much growth there is all make a difference. That’s why every quote is free and obligation-free. Call 0412 291 614 or fill in the form.
No. As long as we can get to the areas being cleaned and have a water connection, we can do the job while you’re out — and we’ll let you know when it’s done.
Because soft washing treats mould at the root rather than blasting the surface, results last far longer. Mould is covered by our 24-month mould guarantee.
