The fine print
What the guarantee covers
- It covers mould regrowth only — not new dirt, rust, tannin or other stains from outside sources.
- It covers the areas we cleaned, not parts of the property that weren’t included in the job.
- It doesn’t cover surfaces that have since been damaged, repainted or cleaned by someone else.
- This guarantee is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Why we can offer it
Killed at the root
Pressure washing blasts mould off the surface, but the roots survive and it grows back quickly. Soft washing kills mould, algae and lichen at the root, so it doesn’t come straight back.
That’s why we’re confident putting 24 months on it.
Questions
Guarantee questions
Does the guarantee cost extra?
No. It comes with every roof clean and house wash.
Why can you guarantee it?
Because soft washing kills mould at the root instead of blasting the surface, it doesn’t grow straight back like it does after pressure washing.
Does it transfer if I sell?
Call us — we’re happy to talk it through with the new owners.
What if it’s just dirty, not mouldy?
Dirt and dust from outside sources aren’t covered, but a quick look will tell us which it is — just send us a photo.
